These Website Terms ("Terms") apply to your use of:
- ALEYA TECHNOLOGIES LTD public website (the "Site"), and
- any public demo or sandbox where we showcase our AI voice agent (the "Demo").
If you are a business customer using the Aleya platform under a separate contract, that contract (and its terms of service and Data Processing Agreement) will govern your use of the platform. These Terms are mainly for website visitors and Demo users.
By browsing the Site or using the Demo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Demo.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only.
You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or could damage, disable or overload the Site;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks connected to the Site; or
- Copy, scrape, or systematically harvest content from the Site without our written permission.
The Site is provided for general information about Aleya and our services. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial or other professional advice.
2. Use of the Demo (AI Voice Agent)
We sometimes provide a Demo where you can experience how our AI voice agent handles calls.
By using the Demo, you understand and agree that:
- The Demo is for testing and showcase purposes only. It is not a production service and should not be relied on for real customer support, emergencies or time-critical situations.
- Calls to the Demo may be recorded, transcribed and analysed so we can operate, monitor and improve our systems.
- We may review Demo interactions internally and share aggregated or anonymised insights (without identifying individuals) for research and product improvement.
Please do not share sensitive or unnecessary personal data in the Demo.
In particular, you should not provide:
- Payment card details or banking information;
- National ID numbers;
- Health information;
- Information about your religious, political or similar beliefs.
If you use the Demo on behalf of a company (for example, to evaluate Aleya), you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your own internal policies and with applicable laws.
3. Privacy and Data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit the Site or use the Demo.
In summary:
- We collect limited technical information about your visit to keep the Site secure and understand basic usage.
- If you call the Demo, we may process call audio, transcripts and related metadata as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos and layouts) is owned by Aleya or our licensors.

- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices; or
- Use our trademarks or branding without our written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Aleya platform or underlying technology.
5. No Warranties
The Site and Demo are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Site or Demo will be available at all times or free from errors;
- The Demo will respond correctly to every input; or
- Any information on the Site is complete, up to date or suitable for your particular situation.
You are responsible for how you use any information or outputs from the Site or Demo.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aleya and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Demo.
We do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

We may update or change the Site, the Demo or these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site or Demo after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Demo.
